Newcastle-Gateshead Initiative (NGI) has made block reservations on our behalf and accordingly a direct approach to any of the hotels may result in notification that accommodation is fully booked.  These reservations will be held until  Tuesday 19th September 2006 so book before then to ensure availability. We are informed that hotels in NewcastleGateshead can get extremely busy so it is advisable to book well in advance. NGI requires a non-refundable booking deposit of 8%.
